Furious Readers, we are halfway through the year which means we are getting closer to Read Furiously’s ten-year anniversary in 2025. A decade of reading often, reading well, and (of course) reading furiously. We will have plenty of time to look back and reminisce, but, for now, let’s look toward the future.
A few years ago, we joined forces with Sequential Underground, an online bookstore that specializes in selling graphic novels that were a bit off the beaten path. Naturally, with Read Furiously’s commitment to unearthing literary treasures, it was the perfect match. This month, we are pleased to announce the official move that combines both of our strengths.
Since joining the Read Furiously family, Sequential Underground has served as our treasure trove of finds, whether it’s books we admire from other publishers and authors or reading accessories from independent artists and makers. As part of the big announcements we have for our ten-year anniversary, Read Furiously x Sequential Underground presents a new subscription box for the literary explorer.
Sequential Underground is an innovative subscription box curated by industry experts (us!) that delves into an undiscovered literary treasure: portable reading. One of our favorite Read Furiously projects features our bestselling One ‘n Done series, a collection of pocket-sized books from different authors. Throughout the years, Furious Readers have approached us with that age-old question, “what should I read?” We decided to create something for the reader who loves to read, but struggles to find the time or energy to dive into a new book.
