Jo Freehand

Jo Freehand is a poet and multi-media artist who lives with her partner and a large community of woodland critters in Bucks County, Pennsylvania. She is a certified Embodied Present Process facilitator, as well as creator and facilitator ofIt Feels So Write: A Whole Body Creative Writing Workshop. She is Contributing Editor forRiver Heron Review. Jo is founder of Peace of Paper, a nonprofit organization that collects writing and drawing supplies and distributes them to children and adults for creative expression in times of distress, including unstable housing situations, poverty, and following violence and trauma.
